Designing any Training Programme requires 2, 3 or 4 hours of my time
Choose from the following 3 options:
1) You and I will have a 1 hour Consultation, Online or In-Person, to go through all relevant information about your fitness goals and personal circumstances, after which I will spend 1 hour (sometimes even more, without adding an extra charge) creating your Training Programme, after which I will send it to you and we can leave things there - that is the 2 hours option, offered at £194;
2) Should you choose to have another Consultation with me, either Online or In-Person, to run you through your Training Programme (which you should have already familiarised yourself with before our second Consultation) - that is the 3 hours option, offered at £258;
3) Have your Training Programme edited by me after our second Consultation, based on adequate observation of how you perform each exercise and the feedback I get from you from our second Consultation - that is the 4 hours option, offered at £300.
